Come Through Mother O! Disney Releases "A Wrinkle in Time" Trailer!

Famed film director Ava DuVernay has been hiding a gem up her sleeve! I knew she was working on several projects that are due to be released next year, but I didn't see this one coming at all! I was minding my business scrolling through the internet the other day and to my surprise, I saw this glommed up picture of Oprah Winfrey! As it turns out, this was an actual publicity photo for her new movie, directed by Ava DuVernay. DuVernay is an exceptional director and has been making a name for herself since her wildly popular film "Selma" and now with the hit television show "Queen Sugar" that airs on OWN (the Oprah Winfrey Network).

This style of fantasy/sci-fi is the first for both Winfrey and DuVernay but from the looks of these costumes, I'd say they nailed it! This costume alone makes me want to go see the movie and find out what kind of greatness Mother O is dishing out in this epic ensemble!

The new film, based on the 1963 book with the same title written by Madeleine L'Engle, found it's home under the Disney umbrella, also stars Reese Witherspoon (Legally Blonde), Mindy Kaling (The Mindy Project), Chris Pine (Star Trek) and newcomer Storm Reid. "A Wrinkle in Time" is set to debut March 9, 2018 which basically means, wait forever and just pray for more trailers!
