Michael B. Jordan to Star in "Methuselah" Movie!

We all love a chance to see Michael B. Jordan on our screens but this new flick, might be something we're not used to! 32-year-old Jordan has been slated to star in the Warner Bros. film about Methuselah, a man who lived to be 969-years-old!

Via Variety:

"Jordan will produce through his Outlier Society production company along with Heyday’s David Heyman and Jeffrey Clifford.

Warner Bros. has been developing the project for many years with Will Smith and Tom Cruise interested in the project. Zach Dean wrote an early script after coming on to the project in 2014. The most recent draft was written by Tony Gilroy.

Methuselah is referenced in the Book of Genesis as the son of Enoch, who lived to be 365 years old. The scripts have focused on Methuselah’s survival skills."

Now. . . let's take a good look at this never-aging body. . .

Deadline first reported "The idea is for Jordan to play a man who has managed to survive for hundreds of years, without showing the physical signs of age. In that time, he has accumulated vast intellectual knowledge, from multiple languages to the sciences, as well as survival skills."

We've all had a grandmama or auntie who has referred to someone as being "old as Methuselah" and now, in case you weren't a church kid, you know why.

"Methuselah" doesn't have a release date just yet but, we're going to be in the theaters when it drops!
