Tiffany Haddish Admits to Secretly Recording Auditions to Hear Honest Feedback!

Some women often wonder what folks say behind their backs and would LOVE to be a "fly on the wall" to see what people are saying. Well. . . Tiffany Haddish has taken that to a whole different level!

In a recent round table conversation with "The Hollywood Reporter", Haddish admits to taping conversations! How did she do it? By leaving her phone to voice record when she left the room! Haddish, joined by Jane Fonda, Regina Hall and Maya Rudolph, opened up about using the feedback of others to make herself better.

She admits that some of the feedback was hurtful, like a comment about how she couldn't read well (a fact that she opens up about in her book "The Last Black Unicorn") and how she, in turn, took steps to make sure she could read better in the future.

Now that the cat is out of the bag, we don't think Haddish is going to be getting away with leaving anything behind in future auditions!

We'd be lying if we said that some of us on the staff here at The Chatty Passenger haven't done the same thing. Whether in personal or business conversations, voice recording, much life screenshots, can be used to keep receipts.

Evidently, recording those conversations has proved to be beneficial. Tiffany Haddish has a new movie called "The Kitchen", in which she co-stars with Melissa McCarthy and Elisabeth Moss, debuting August 9, 2019 and her television series "The Last O.G." that she stars in alongside Tracy Morgan, has been renewed for another season.
