10-year-old Boy ARRESTED for Sexually Assaulting a Woman While She Slept!
This story is enough to make you question EVERYTHING! An unidentified 10-year-old boy from Utica, NY has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman while she slept!
The incident happened during the early morning of April 6th but, the young offender wasn't picked up until this Monday.
WKTV reports:
"The boy was arrested on April 13 and charged with first-degree sexual abuse, a D felony.
He was issued an appearance ticket and released. He is scheduled to return to the Oneida County Youth Probation Department at a later date.
An order of protection was also requested on behalf of the victim."
Right now there is no word on what relation the boy is to the 19-year-old victim or any details about the assault BUT, we have questions! Where did this child learn this behavior? Who's been bothering or molesting him? What has he been allowed to watch? Do 10-year-olds just know about sex and us adults are out of touch? Is the victim getting counseling? Does she need support?
This case, due to the offender's age, is pretty vague and is leaving the public with more questions than answers. Hopefully, the victim will get the help and support she needs to heal from this.
