Brooklyn Woman Faked Home Invasion to Murder Her Own Father!
A Brooklyn, NY woman has been arrested, just after Christmas, and charged with one of the worst crimes a family could ever think of. Killing her very own father!
The crime occurred in the early hours of the morning on December 29, 2022. Police responded to a call from a home saying that three people had been stabbed in a home invasion gone wrong.
When officers arrived on the scene, they found two women who were wounded and one man dead.
One woman suffered defense wounds, one was critically injured but the man had been stabbed repeatedly across his body and pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said.
Once officers began to investigate, they discovered a sickening plan and arrested the man's eldest daughter.
Officers arrested Nikki Secondino, 22, on murder charges in the death of 61-year-old Carlo Secondino. The woman also allegedly stabbed her 19-year-old sister, critically injuring her, and landing her in the hospital, fighting for her life.
Nikki Secondino suffered slash wounds to her hands, police said, in an attempt to either stage defense wounds or during a tussle with her sister.
“I heard the bodies like being slammed around like they were wrestling,” a neighbor, who did not want to be identified, said. “So much slamming. I felt like she was going to come through my wall.”
Neighbors said that Mr. Secondino worked on Wall Street and at a local restaurant. His daughter could often be heard arguing inside of the house and they recall hearing an argument over money just prior to the stabbing.
According to reports, this wasn't the only time the police had visited the home. Police were also called on July 14, when they arrested the 19-year-old for assault and criminal mischief after she ripped up the blinds on the apartment windows during a dispute with the 22-year-old.
Yadira Gomez, co-owner of Mike’s Diner where Carlo Secondino worked as a deliveryman, said that “there was always fights” at the Secondino home,” but “Everybody loved that guy here.”
“These girls were abandoned by their mom when they were little, so he was the only one there as a mother figure and father figure,” Gomez said. “ … It’s a big loss for everybody. He would work. He never said no to nothing, helped everybody.”
Police also charged Nikki Secondino with attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon. She is expected to appear in court soon.
