Christian School Teacher from Texas Arrested for Allegedly Sexually Assaulting a Small Child from His Wife's Daycare!

A Texas school teacher has been arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a child that was in the care of his wife! Police reports say that Hespero Amalla Jingco, 56, has been charged with super aggravated sexual assault of a child. The child, a 5-year-old girl, was a student in a home daycare ran by the wife of the accused.

According to Click 2 Houston, the incident was reported during the summertime, specifically one incident on July 29, at Jingco’s wife’s home daycare, located in the 4800 block of East Chase Street.

The child’s mom was the one who reported it to police after an employee of the home daycare witnessed Jingco and her daughter, “in precarious situations.”

Police interviewed an employee at the home daycare of stated “she observed defendant kissing the child on the mouth in his office while the child was sitting on the defendant’s lap.” The employee also told police, according to documents, they witnessed “multiple incidents that made her uncomfortable while working.”

Records state the child told investigators her clothes were never removed during the apparent assault. But it did happen “more than one time.” The 5-year-old told police she didn’t see anyone else assaulted. Court documents state the child, “denied being touched by anyone except [Jingco] on her private part.”

Jingco was a teacher at Baytown Christian Academy but has since been fired. The school released a statement saying in part:

"We at Baytown Christian Academy were devastated to learn of these allegations shortly before the arrest. Mr. Jingco passed a criminal background check, which is standard for a BCA employee. The allegations did not involve any BCA students and did not occur at BCA or during the school year. The safety and well-being of our students is a top priority for us. Mr. Jingco is no longer an employee of our school. We pray for justice and healing for all involved."

Authorities say that it is unknown whether Jingco has had inappropriate contact with any other child but they are asking for parents of possible victims to come forward.
