Florida Man Shoots His Neighbor on Christmas Eve Because He was Playing His Music Too Loud.

Now y'all know the holidays will bring out the bad in people just as much as it brings out the good!

Zachary Moncada, of Boca Raton, Florida, has been arrested after firing a gun at his neighbor over a loud music complaint.

The incident happened on Christmas Eve at a home near Neptune Road and Shady Pound Lane.

Deputies say upon arrival, two men where holding the suspect down Moncada, 31, in their front yard.

The victim's family was able to hold down the suspect and disarm him. Deputies say additional rounds were fired into the ground as he was fighting the family.

The victim was transported to West Boca Medical Center where he is said to be in stable condition.

Moncada was arrested and, aside from the premeditated first-degree murder charge, Moncada is also facing three counts of battery, two counts of aggravated assault and a weapon offense.

This man obviously needs some help.
