Texas Mom Runs Over Her Boyfriend After Finding Him Naked, in Bed, with Her 7-Year-Old Daughter!
A mother in Lubbock, Texas is being hailed as a hero by some for a vigilante act against her boyfriend.
The incident happened last summer when the woman found her live-in boyfriend in bed with her young daughter.
Reports say that at about 1 a.m. on Aug. 8, 2021 when the mother got home from work and found her boyfriend – 29-year-old Delmer Orlando Ortiz Licona – naked in bed with her daughter,
Licona, who is also known as Orlando Delmer-Ortiz, fled as the mother called 911.
The arrest affidavit said the 911 call began with the woman yelling ‘What are you doing to her?’”
Then she told the dispatcher that she needed police to respond to her house.
“I just found my man, huh, whoever lives with me, naked in the bed with my daughter,” the mother said. “Please hurry. He’s running away. Please hurry.”
“And he’s your boyfriend?” the dispatcher asked, according to the affidavit.
“He’s supposed to be, but you hurry up or I’m going to kill him,” the woman replied.
“I’m going to f-king kill him,” the angry mother told the dispatcher. “Please hurry, please hurry. I’m fixing to kill him, hurry please, please hurry, please f-king hurry. He’s jumping the fence. He’s f-king jumping the fence. Hurry.”
The arrest affidavit said the woman told her daughter to get in the car and the dispatcher asked if her little girl was alright, KLBK reported.
“Yes, I got home just on time,” the mother said.
“I’m not going to deal with it,” the woman told the dispatcher, according to the affidavit.
According to reports the mother then told the child to get in the car. She then told the dispatcher that she was going to follow the man so that he wouldn't get away.
The arrest affidavit said the dispatcher heard a sound like “something was hit” and then the child began screaming and crying, KLBK reported.
Then the dispatcher heard someone say “Please get an ambulance.”
The dispatcher asked the mother if she'd hit Licona with her car to which she replied “Yes, he jumped right in front of my car. He jumped right in front of my car, sir,”
Despite this event, Licona managed to evade arrest. Investigators began looking further into the allegations in March of this year and the mother brought her daughter in to be forensically interviewed by detectives. Investigators said that the child gave them very specific details about what had happened. Those details had them calling Licona in for questioning.
Licona failed to show up and a warrant was issued for his arrest. He was arrested on May 3 and charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child.
If you ask us, this whole case took too long!
